Fiona Adamson is Secretary of the Department of Transport and Planning, leading one of Victoria’s largest departments and serving more than seven million Victorians. With over 30 years’ executive experience across the public and private sectors, Fiona has led large, complex organisations through transformation and service delivery. As Secretary, she is focused on improving outcomes for Victorians through integrated transport and planning, critical infrastructure, network operations and maintenance, and planning and housing reform, supporting thriving, connected and sustainable communities.
